Harris - 8-bit Microprocessor/Microcontroller - CDP1802ACE H9640
CDP1802ACE is an 8-bit microprocessor, and it was one of the first, if not the first of the CMOS processors. The 1802 had low power consumption, wide range of operating voltages, one version (ceramic) had radiation hardening and military operating temperature range. The processor has a very interesting architecture because one of the 16 registers of the 1802 microprocessor could be set as a data pointer or program counter. It was possible to jump to any memory location by placing a new address into any free register, and set this register as a program counter.
These will come in anti-static tube or on anti-static foam. Every piece has been tested and is guaranteed not to be DOA. (Of course!) We have a cool 1802 CPU Tester, maybe one of about 10 in the world by this manufacturer.
